*A Salvation Prayer*

There is no perfect prayer to receive Christ, you only need to say what’s on your heart. But if your unsure what to pray, I invite you to say this simple prayer;

Dear Lord,

I have been living a life for myself. I know you have seen my pain and suffering when I continued to lead a life without you. You kept calling me wanting to love me, but I did not want to listen, but I am ready to listen now. I know I have done many things in my life that may not have pleased you. I am so sorry for all my sins and ask for your forgiveness from the bottom of my heart. I want to live a life pleasing to you, putting you first in my life and have a relationship with you. I love you Father, and I know you love me. You loved me so much that you sent your son to die on the cross for me, so I do not have to spend eternity without you. Thank you Lord for loving me so much that you never gave up on me. I accept Jesus Christ into my heart as my savior and ask for your guidance Father as I   come to know you and what your will is for my life.

Thank you Father, in Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.

If you just prayed that prayer, go out and tell someone. Confess Christ to your family or friends. Pick up a good study Bible (King James Version or New King James Version) to learn more about God, through His Word. There may be some problems or addictions in your life that you cannot overcome just yet. But now, you have God and he will walk with you. He will see you through those struggles and nothing is too big for God. He is a part of you, and he will never leave you or forsake you. Allow him to be first in your life and live each day for His will. Talk with other Christians, go to church or hear the Word, and it will help your relationship and understanding of what God wants for you in your life. Grow in God each day, it’s not just a walk with him, it’s a journey of a lifetime. Praise the Lord, you are now in the family of God.
